How to use this Hub

A quick guide for Karen 💛 — it takes a couple of minutes to learn, then just a couple of minutes a day.

▶️ Opening it

Open your web browser, go to the Hub's web address, and sign in with your username and password. It works on a phone or a computer — nothing to install. The very first time, you'll be asked to create your own password; after that, just sign in.

📆 Your daily rhythm

1
Each afternoon — open Daily Updates, tick who the day was about, and write what happened in your own words. Care details (meals, nap, mood) and a note about something you noticed are optional. Photos are welcome. About two minutes.
2
Keep the plan ahead — in Weekly Planner, add next week's activities a few days ahead, so every day already has a plan ready.
3
On Fridays — open Weekly Report and press Generate report. It assembles this week's planned activities, daily updates and observations into one page, ready to share. Use Print / PDF if you'd like a copy.
Everything saves by itself. The moment you press save on a log or a plan, it's stored safely and shared with the family — there's nothing to back up and nothing that can be lost.
Use any device — sign in on your phone or a computer and everything you've entered is right there.
Forgot your password? Just let Najeh or Walaa know and they'll help you back in.

🌱 First time only

Please fill in the Intake once for each child — a few quick notes about Diana and Fares. This is what lets the plans and reports fit them, rather than being generic.

💬 WhatsApp and the Hub — which is for what

Both have a place, and they don't replace each other:

WhatsApp
For anything in the moment — a quick heads-up, a question, "running 10 minutes late", a photo you want us to see right now. Fast and casual.
The Hub
For the record that lasts — the daily update, the plan for the week, notes about how a child is doing. Written once, kept in one place, and turned into the weekly report. If it should still be findable next month, it belongs in the Hub.

A good habit: say it on WhatsApp if it's urgent, then put the lasting part into the Hub when you have a quiet minute. The Hub is the family's shared memory; WhatsApp is the doorbell.

The children

Baseline profiles plus the seven goals we're growing towards. Any per-child focus is a proposal awaiting parent approval, not a confirmed decision.

🎯 The seven goals we're growing towards

Goals from the family charter. Pink = Diana, teal = Fares.

Developmental focuses

A developmental focus is a shared family intention to support the child. It is not a diagnosis, judgement, score or statement that the child is failing.

➕ New developmental focus

Weekly planner

Plan the week's activities — as many as you like each day. Each activity is its own plan you can update, mark, and link to the day's update.

➕ Add an activity

➕ New daily update

Weekly report

One page for the week, assembled from what's already in the Hub — the planned activities, the daily updates, and any observations. Nothing is invented: it only gathers active records. Review, print, or save.

Choose a week and press Generate report.

Getting to know Diana & Fares

Please fill this in once for each child (best done by parents and Karen together). It gives everyone the baseline to set a plan that fits each child, from day one.
